It is with heartbreak and sadness that we share word from the home of Ronda and Allen Fagan that their sweet and high spirited daughter, Mindy Fagan, lost her battle with Niemann-Pick Disease in the early morning hours of Wednesday, July 23rd, at the tender age of 15 while surrounded by her family.
