Fourteen days and counting to the kick off of the 22nd Annual Family Support and Medical Conference! So if you haven't booked your hotel room yet we've managed to extend the hotel price for a bit longer, so now would be the time to book!
Haven't found time to register for the Conference? There is still time to do so! Be certain to register ASAP so we can know who is attending and prep accordingly! Remember that you can register and pay via check by mail, rather than pay online via credit card! (see image below).
