Dear NNPDF Families and Friends,
No matter what we do to try and manage our time and our stress levels, there is one great way to release stress which carries with it a taboo and is often considered a weakness ~ allowing one to have a good cry. Today, our “Caring for the Caregiver ~ 12 DAYS and 12 WAYS” will focus on why it's important to give yourself permission to have this emotional release and let the tears flow.
